In Brief: Sea freight is the most economical way to move your belongings across continents. We offer FCL and LCL container options to USA, Canada, Australia, and Dubai with door-to-door delivery.
For overseas destinations where road transport is not an option, sea freight is the ideal solution. We manage everything from container loading and port operations to customs clearance and final delivery.
We provide two main container shipping options: FCL (Full Container Load) is where you have exclusive use of a 20ft or 40ft container, ideal for large house moves. LCL (Less than Container Load) allows you to share a container with other shipments, perfect for smaller volumes where you only pay for the space you use.
Export Packing: Items are packed specifically to withstand the humidity and long duration of a sea voyage. We use moisture-absorbing materials and industrial-grade packing wraps.
Port Handling: All terminal operations, lifting, loading, and documentation at both the origin and destination ports are managed securely.
Customs Clearance: Both export customs in the origin country and import customs in the destination country are handled by our dedicated customs brokers, ensuring compliance with all local laws.
Container Tracking: You can track your container's journey across the ocean, giving you peace of mind regarding the location of your belongings.
If you are moving a full 2-bedroom or larger house, an FCL (Full Container Load) is usually required. You get a dedicated 20ft (approx 33 cbm) or 40ft (approx 67 cbm) container just for your belongings.
If you are moving just a few boxes, or furniture for a small apartment (under 15 cbm), LCL (Less than Container Load) is much more cost-effective. Your items are crated or palletized securely and share a container with other shipments heading to the same destination.
Answer: Transit times vary widely by destination. For example, moving from Turkey to Dubai may take 15-25 days, while moving to the USA or Canada can take 30-45 days, and Australia can take up to 60 days door-to-door.
Are my items insured against sinking or sea damage?Answer: Yes, we provide comprehensive Marine Insurance that covers your shipment from your old door to your new door against all risks, including total loss and water damage.
Who handles the customs in the destination country?Answer: We have trusted partner agents in all major global ports. They will contact you regarding any necessary documents and handle the entire import customs clearance process for you.
